  • GST Registration
  • GST Return Filing
  • Accounting Services

2. Eligibility

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
  • The information and documents you provide are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • If you act on behalf of a business or another person, you are authorized to do so.
  • You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

3. Service Requests and Engagement

Submitting an enquiry or contact form through our website does not automatically establish a client-service relationship or guarantee that a service will be provided.

A service engagement may be confirmed through written communication, an agreed quotation, payment confirmation, or another mutually accepted arrangement.

Before commencing work, we may request additional documents, information, approvals, or fees necessary to perform the requested service.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  • Submitting genuine documents and valid identification details where required.
  • Reviewing documents, forms, applications, and returns before approving submission.
  • Providing necessary authorizations, signatures, and approvals within the required timelines.
  • Informing us of changes to business details, financial records, or other relevant information.
  • Paying the agreed service fees and applicable charges on time.
  • Complying with applicable tax, corporate, trademark, and other legal obligations.

Balancify is not responsible for delays, rejections, penalties, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate information, incomplete documentation, delayed responses, or omissions attributable to the client.

5. Scope and Limitations of Services

Our services are provided according to the agreed scope, quotation, and requirements communicated to the client.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, our services do not include legal representation, litigation, audit certification, statutory certification, investment advice, or other regulated professional services requiring separate authorization or engagement.

Where necessary, we may recommend that clients consult a qualified chartered accountant, company secretary, advocate, trademark professional, or other appropriately qualified professional.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to separate fees and timelines.

6. No Guarantee of Government Approval

Certain services, including company registration, LLP registration, GST registration, and trademark applications, involve government authorities or other third parties.

Balancify may assist with preparing documentation, completing forms, and submitting applications as agreed. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Approval or registration by a government authority.
  • Acceptance or registration of a trademark.
  • Approval within a particular timeframe.
  • A specific tax, legal, financial, or commercial outcome.

Final decisions rest with the relevant authority. Processing times, additional document requests, rejections, and regulatory changes may be outside our control.

7. Fees and Payments

Service fees, government charges, professional fees, and other applicable costs will be communicated to the client before or during the engagement, as appropriate.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Government fees and statutory charges may be separate from our professional service fees.
  • Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.
  • Work may begin after the agreed payment or advance has been received.
  • Additional requests or work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • Delays in payment may affect the progress or delivery of services, subject to applicable law and the agreed engagement terms.

Clients should review the applicable quotation or invoice before making payment.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the service purchased, the stage of work, the applicable quotation, and any relevant statutory requirements.

  • Before work begins: A cancellation or refund request may be considered, subject to any disclosed non-refundable charges and applicable law.
  • After work begins: Fees for work already performed, resources committed, and third-party charges incurred may be deducted where legally permissible.
  • After submission or completion: Refunds may not be available for completed work or government fees that are non-refundable under the relevant authority’s rules.
  • Government or third-party delays: Delays, rejections, or decisions made by authorities do not automatically entitle the client to a refund of professional fees for work already performed.

Any specific refund commitment communicated in writing will apply according to its stated conditions and applicable law.

To request cancellation or a refund, please contact us through our official contact details.

9. Timelines and Delays

Estimated delivery times are indicative unless expressly agreed in writing as binding deadlines.

Service timelines may be affected by:

  • Delays in receiving client documents or approvals.
  • Government portal downtime or technical issues.
  • Requests for clarification or additional documents.
  • Changes in government procedures or applicable laws.
  • Delays caused by banks, payment providers, or other third parties.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and progress updates where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other matters that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clients agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising directly from their fraudulent conduct, unlawful use of our services, unauthorized instructions, or material misrepresentation of information provided to Balancify.

This provision does not apply to the extent that a loss results from Balancify’s own breach of law, negligence, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

17. Suspension or Termination of Services

Balancify may suspend or terminate a service engagement where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, unlawful instructions, suspected fraud, material breach of these terms, or failure to provide essential documents.

Where appropriate, we will communicate the reason for suspension or termination and any steps required to resolve the issue.

Any outstanding fees, cancellation rights, refunds, and document-return obligations will be handled according to the applicable engagement terms and law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable laws.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the website after changes are published will be subject to applicable law and any consent requirements that apply.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

In the event of a dispute, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent courts having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law. Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
